Instructions

  1. Add 15 ml Cinnamon Syrup, 44 ml Dark Rum, 15 ml Pineapple Juice, 30 ml Corn Milk*, and 1 Tsp/1 Barspoon Of Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Double-strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Finish with 2 dashes angostura bitters on top.
