Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the cream sherry, rye whiskey, apricot liqueur, dry vermouth, Angostura bitters and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Express a lemon zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
