Instructions

  1. Chill the highball glass and fill it with ice.
  2. Muddle the raspberries and mint leaves gently in a shaker.
  3. Add the bourbon, cranberry juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup 'Rich' and Angostura bitters, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  5. Strain into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a skewered lemon slice wheel and a raspberry sail.
