Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Dark Rum, Dry Sherry, Scotch and Orange & Lemon Shrub to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Squeeze an orange twist over the drink to spray its oils across the surface, shape it into a disc and float it on top.
