Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add Lillet Rouge, Cognac, Peychaud's Bitters, Scotch and Crème de Cassis to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist an orange zest over the drink to garnish.
