One night in Oaxaca, while working at a bar, I encountered a bartender who favored bitter cocktails. With limited ingredients available, I experimented and created a twist on the Clown Car using lime juice instead of lemon to match what was on hand. This drink blended ginger and passion fruit flavors, evoking memories of both a Ferrari and a Penicillin. Back home, I recreated it with lemon juice and added a smoky Scotch float for extra depth. Inspired by car names and repair shops, I named this concoction the Body Shop.

Instructions
