Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour in the absinthe.
  2. Top up with water and let it stand while you mix the drink.
  3. In a mixing glass, stir the scotch, sweet vermouth and Angostura bitters with ice.
  4. Empty the rocks glass of absinthe, water and ice, then refill it with fresh ice.
  5. Strain the stirred drink into the absinthe-coated glass.
  6. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
