Instructions

  1. POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass.
  2. TOP with water and leave to stand.
  3. Separately STIR Scotch, vermouth and bitters with ice.
  4. DISCARD contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice) and fill with fresh ice.
  5. STRAIN contents of mixing glass into ice-filled absinthe-coated glass.
