Instructions

  1. Add 30 ml Honey Syrup, 1 Egg Yolk, 44 ml Blackberry Liqueur, and 74 ml Blackberry Cream Wine to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Double-strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
