Stir Blended Scotch, Green Chartreuse, Elisir Novasalus, Sugar with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

We created the Bittersweet while playing around with Elisir Novasalus, using the amaro as we would a traditional bitter.

Instructions

  1. Crush the sugar with basil, mint, and a small amount of water in the glass.
  2. Pack the mixture with ice, then stir well.
  3. Strain over fresh ice or into a chilled glass depending on your preference.
