- Add the Islay Scotch whiskey, tomato juice, Amontillado sherry, lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, saline solution, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupe.
