Instructions

  1. Pour the red wine, orange juice, brandy and simple syrup into a large pitcher and add the assorted berries.
  2. Slice the lemon and add the slices to the pitcher.
  3. Stir well, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the flavours meld.
  4. Right before serving, add ice and the club soda and stir gently.
  5. Pour into rocks glasses, making sure each one gets some of the fruit.
