Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Shake the lime juice, gin, apple juice, egg white and the homemade rosemary and ginger syrup with ice.
  3. Strain the drink back into the shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  4. Shake again without ice.
  5. Fine strain into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a slice of ginger, then mist with red wine.
