Instructions

  1. Put the white rum, lemon juice, simple syrup and mint sprigs into a shaker and fill it with ice.
  2. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker turns cold.
  3. Pour through a strainer into a large rocks glass filled with big ice cubes.
  4. Finish with a splash of club soda.
  5. Decorate with a mint bouquet and a lemon wheel.
