Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Put the peach in a shaker and crush it to a pulp with a muddler.
  3. Add the lemon juice, rose petal liqueur, Champagne and simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with a peach wedge on the rim.
