Babette's Supper Club was a bustling hub for drinking and entertainment in Atlantic City during Prohibition, often highlighted in the HBO series Boardwalk Empire. Though there’s no direct link between the cocktail and the club beyond my admiration of the show, I decided to name this drink after such an iconic place.
