Instructions

  1. Crush the chili pepper in the bottom of a shaker to release its heat and flavour.
  2. Add the tequila blanco, honey syrup, lime juice and agave syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 15 to 20 seconds.
  4. Strain into the coupe over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with orange peel and chili pepper.
