Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the orange juice, pineapple juice and dark rum to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
  4. Dash the Angostura bitters over the top.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
