Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the fresh basil, tequila blanco, lime juice, green Chartreuse, simple syrup and grapefruit juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the coupe so no basil bits follow.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice floated on top.
