Anise of the Century

0

A tart, silky sour with a floral, herbal backbone: Old Tom Gin and Lillet Blanc give a soft sweetness, lemon keeps it bright, and a small measure of anisette adds a clear licorice note over the chocolatey Crème de Cacao. Egg white gives it a smooth, foamy top.
