Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the akvavit, GéNéPi liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters to a shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
