Instructions

  1. Chill the highball glass.
  2. Add the cognac, orange curaçao, lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, orange bitters and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the highball glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice wheel.
