A stirred drink built on four Mexican spirits: tequila blanco, mezcal, sotol and bacanora. Triple sec and Luxardo Bitter Rosso add sweetness and bitterness, and a grapefruit peel finishes it. Created by Matt Grippo at Blackbird Bar in San Francisco in 2013.
