Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Put the sweet vermouth, simple syrup, white rum, cognac, gin and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
