Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Pour the gin, lemon juice, crème de cassis and Cherry Heering into a shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry and/or a lemon zest twist.
