Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Put the mint in the bottom of the shaker and press it just enough to bruise the leaves and release the aroma.
  3. Add the vodka, limejuice and orgeat, then fill with ice and shake until the shaker is frosty.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
