Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Pedro Ximénez sherry, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and strain the drink over it.
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top and garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
