Instructions

  1. Shake the apple juice, aquafaba and gin hard with ice.
  2. Strain the drink back into the shaker and discard the ice.
  3. Shake again without ice until foamy.
  4. Fine strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with champagne.
  6. Garnish with a raspberry, an apple slice and an edible flower.
