Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the ginger wine, Ramazzotti, rum, mezcal and Angostura bitters.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Squeeze the lemon zest over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in.
