- Crush some ice and fill a tiki mug with it.
- Add the dark rum, Galliano, simple syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 10 seconds.
- Strain over the crushed ice in the mug.
- Top with ginger beer, then add more crushed ice on top.
