Instructions

  1. Muddle one piece of bell pepper with honey syrup, reserving another slice for decoration.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain twice through a fine mesh into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with the reserved bell pepper slice.
