Instructions

  1. Chill the rocks glass.
  2. Lightly muddle the Roasted Coffee Beans in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Egg White, Cream, Gin, Dark Rum and Simple Syrup, then fill with ice and shake hard.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with Coffee sugar powder.
