- Add the navy strength gin, Lillet Blanc, gentian liqueur, lemon juice, rich sugar syrup and egg white to a shaker without ice and shake hard to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into the rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
