- Chill a highball glass and fill it with crushed ice.
- Fill a shaker with ice, then add the triple sec, Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne Liqueur, De Kuyper Pineapple Liqueur and scotch.
- Shake until the shaker is ice cold.
- Strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
- Churn with a bar spoon, working the drink through the ice, until a frost forms on the outside of the glass.
- Pack in more crushed ice until the glass is full.
- Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs, a dehydrated orange wheel and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve with two straws.
