Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters and egg white to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, set like a sail.
