- Cut the lemons into wedges and put them in a shaker together with the peach and the dry curaçao.
- Muddle until the fruit is crushed and has released its juice.
- Add the mint and the bourbon, then fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
- Fill a large rocks glass with fresh ice and strain the drink into it.
- Garnish with a peach slice, a mint sprig and a lemon wedge.
