Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Scotch, egg white, simple syrup and Angostura bitters to a shaker without ice.
  3. Dry shake hard to build a foam.
  4. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Finish with grated nutmeg.
