Instructions

  1. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, cognac and honey syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with lemon and orange zest twists.
