Instructions

  1. Spritz a flute with Chartreuse.
  2. Combine gin, Acqua di Cedro, and mint leaves in a shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain twice into a chilled Champagne flute.
  5. Top up with cold Champagne.
