Instructions

  1. Add the orange marmalade and bourbon to a shaker and stir until the marmalade has dissolved.
  2. Add the lemon juice and Angostura bitters.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Fine strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  5. Top with Erdinger Weisbier.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice.
