A stirred rocks drink of Irish whiskey with a slice of lemon and a little barley malt syrup. Malty-sweet and whiskey-forward, with just a touch of citrus. Created by Rafa García Febles in New York in 2013.

Rafa García Febles of New York City created the Wee Paunch in 2013 as a variation on the margarita. Irish whiskey replaces the tequila, and the drink also contains lemon juice, barley malt syrup and egg white.
