Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the vodka, mint sprigs, amaretto and apple juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake well so the mint is bruised and the drink is cold.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf.
