Instructions

  1. Halve the passion fruit and scoop the pulp into a shaker.
  2. Add the gin, triple sec and Sauvignon Blanc.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Use a fine strainer if you want to keep the seeds out of the glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel.
