Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the cognac, Nocello walnut liqueur, egg white, cream and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker and discard the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice to whip up the egg white into a dense foam.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  6. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
