Instructions

  1. Shake the vodka, lemon juice, sweetener, egg white and Angostura bitters with ice.
  2. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker and discard the ice.
  3. Shake again without ice until the egg white foams up.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice.
