Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Combine the Vodka, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Egg White and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the drink back out of the shaker into its empty tin and discard the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice until the egg white has built a thick foam.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick.
