I wanted to explore new ways to use Creme de Violette beyond classic cocktails since it can be quite floral and overpowering. So I experimented with a variation on the Daisy cocktail, incorporating flavors that share alpha-anole with violets like celery, grapes, blackberries, and grapefruit.
