Instructions

  1. Combine 59 ml High-Rye Whiskey and 30 ml Amaro in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
  4. Finish with 1 dash angostura bitters and 1 dash orange bitters on top.
