Instructions

  1. Pour the lemon juice, bitters, Suze, bourbon, Amaro Montenegro and Luxardo Bitter Bianco into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass (or a large rocks glass) over ice cubes.
  4. Squeeze a lemon peel over the glass to release its oils.
  5. Finish with a gold swizzle stick; a wheel of lemon or the expressed twist both work as garnish.
