- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Shake the White Rum, Lemon Juice, Passion Fruit Syrup and Apple Juice with ice, then strain into the glass.
- Rinse the shaker, then shake the Orange Juice, Mango Purée, Bottlegreen Cox'S Apple And Plum Cordial and Gin with fresh ice.
- Pour this second mix slowly over the first through a strainer, so it settles on top as a separate layer.
- Garnish with seasonal berries.
