Vermeer

Shake Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Agave Syrup, Lime Juice with ice. Strain into a coupe.

During a team-building cocktail-making session, I created the Vermeer as an impromptu experiment, naming it after my favorite Dutch Golden Age painter, Johannes Vermeer. Known for his masterful use of light and depth, Vermeer's paintings inspired the drink’s delicate balance and intricate layers of flavor. Blending classic sour elements with contemporary bitters, this cocktail embodies a blend of tradition and personal creativity.
